We currently offer full hardware and software support for a wide range of point of sale products. Whether you need help with programming your products, getting your system up after an outage, or need repairs to equipment that has failed; our technical team has the knowledge and expertise to help.

The Island POS team has extensive knowledge of complex computer networks to help your business stay up and running. Although Island POS specializes in point of sale solutions, our team has extensive experience building and maintaining computer networks to help facilitate offices with their technical needs.

Island POS offers no nonense pricing and a promise that the technician you work with has an in depth understanding of your product.

As a client you have access to our training videos where you can learn how to change settings in your system, send a new staff member for a quick training before they start work, or learn about any new features in the software you have that you may not be using.

Service contracts are offered on a yearly basis, month to month or you can opt to go with time and materials if your product is working fine for you.

Rates
Rates do not apply to customers with an active service contract.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Regular Hourly Rate: $110/hour (no trip charge for on site visits!)


Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 8:30am
After Hours Hourly Rate: $150/hour

Friday 4:30pm - Monday 8:30am
Weekend Hourly Rate: $200/hour
